2021 Championship heading North to Lake Seminole

October 5, 2021 by Brian Stahl

(Updated 10/6/2021 with paper registration form)

Update: 10/13/21

It has come to my attention that a large number of teams have had issues with the online registration process once reaching PayPal. I have been in contact with them to try and resolve this issue, but issues are still persistent. If you are having issues with registration online, please print the form below and mail a check written to Xtreme Bass Series.

As the 2021 season and the first era of Xtreme Bass Series comes to a close, I want to give a heartfelt thank you to all the anglers, sponsors, staff, friends, and collogues who have been a part of Xtreme Bass Series for the last 17 years. It’s because of each and every one of you that Xtreme has grown to where it is today. You stood behind Mike for almost 2 decades. For that, I know he was Xtreme-ly grateful. The comradery with friends and anglers that became friends is what kept Mike pushing forward over the years. It has been a great honor of mine to have worked with him in helping continue to grow this trail for 13 of those 17 years, and I look forward to working with you all in continuing his legacy. Xtreme will never be the same without Mike. It can’t be. But that doesn’t mean we cannot continue to grow and to make Mike proud in making this bigger and better than ever.

I appreciate everyone’s patience the last 45 days since his passing as we have tried to navigate where he left off, tie up loose ends, and finalize items that needed to be done with the 2021 Championship. With that said, as Mike announced at last year’s banquet dinner at Camp Mack, this year we will be heading north of the border to Donalsonville, GA, The Gateway to Lake Seminole. This year’s event will be an emotional one for sure, but someone will still be walking away as winners of a new Blazer 595 Pro Elite powered by a 200 HP Mercury Pro XS valued at $40,000! You must have fished in 7 of 9 events in one division, or 8 events in a combination of multiple divisions to have qualified. Please check point standings for qualification status. Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

We will hold a mandatory pre-tournament meeting and banquet dinner on Thursday, November 4th. Competition days will be Friday November 5th and Saturday November 6th. Check in will begin at 3:30, with dinner being starting to be served between 5:30-6:00.

Meeting, dinner, morning check-in and launch, and weigh-in will all be conducted at Seminole State Park.

There is a $5.00 per day park fee upon entering the park each morning. You will also need to have in your possession a State of Georgia fishing license.

The time zone can change on the water depending on the area of the lake you plan on fishing. Please make adjustments accordingly. The official time will be based off Eastern Standard Time.

For anyone who has not yet had the opportunity to make reservations, a list of hotels and contact information is provided below.

Now for what everyone has been waiting for and trying to find, here is a link for the registration! As it always has been in the past, this is a pre-pay event. You can pay by either PayPal or card. I will update this post with paper form registration and all the information on where to submit shortly, but I wanted to make sure to get this out. Online registration is preferred.  Registrations are due by October 29th. Please contact me with any questions at 813-470-0963.
